I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday today. The best thing I can say is that they made delivery the same day. The flowers don't look like I expected. Not enough filler flowers. I ordered a balloon and they forgot to add it to the arrangement. I wasn't charged, but I wanted my mom to have a balloon. I highly doubt that I'll order from here again. Definitely not a satisfied customer at this point.

I am sorry that we forgot the balloon on your order to your mother. I understand that Michelle apologized to you when you called and you said it was fine. As far as the flowers, did you ask for anything specific? We dont always use filler flowers unless requested because some of our customers do not like them. I am sorry you were disappointed. We have been in business for 60 years and we make mistakes because we are human.

The flowers I ordered for a recent funeral for a family member were absolutely beautiful! I wasn't sure what I wanted; I was emotional, upset. I described what I thought I wanted and left the rest to Gwen. She told me not to worry, the flowers would be beautiful. And they were! Thank you so much!

On-line orders are limited to $75. I actually requested that my order be doubled to $150, but that did not happen. Recommend adding an option to purchase flowers greater than $75. FLowers were beautiful.

I called in the evening before Valentines Day to get some roses delivered to my Grandma. I said I wanted something with roses and lilies and i told them my budget.
